Ashley was born two months early and weighed 2lbs 8 ounces. In ICU she stayed for a full month. Parents were advised that her heart needed surgery on Christmas Day. Christmas Day was the day that doctors confirmed to her parents what they had begged for since she visited the hospital. She was discharged and her parents were told. Ashley wasn't in need of surgery. After being released, she went home with a weight of 4 1/2 pounds after being in hospital for 2 months. Seit then she is healthy! She is of English, German and Irish heritage. The family that she is from originates from Ireland. Her acting debut was in a commercial for the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll from 2002. Ashley's career was furthered after the Ford Modeling Agency approached her when she was just 8 years old. Ashley has been working steadily at The Ford Modeling Agency throughout her career. As a young girl Ashley decided to go into acting. Ashley did 35 commercials before becoming a stage actor. Ashley is now a zealous for acting. Ashley focused all her attention on her acting. That left very few hours for modeling and dancing. Ashley's most recent role is "Hanna Marin" on ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars (2010). Ashley played a brief part in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love", which was performed by Solange along with Romeo Miller. Ashley also shot a photo together with Britney Spears in Vogue Magazine. She stars in NLT's "That Girl".
