Ashley was two months premature and weighed 2lbs 8 pounds, 8 ounces. In ICU, Ashley spent the whole month. She was told by her parents at Christmas that this Day was her day for heart operation. Her parents went to the hospital for a visit on Christmas Day, they were informed by the doctors that she had a closed heart. Ashley was not required to undergo any surgeries. Her release was to go home at 4 1/2 pounds after being in hospital for 2 months. Seit then she is healthy! She is of English, German and Irish heritage. Her mother's family comes originated from Ireland. Her acting debut was as Barbie Doll in the commercial for Salon Surprise in 2002. Ashley was subsequently pursued when she was eight years old at the age of 8 by Ford Modeling Agency. Ashley has worked steadily at The Ford Modeling Agency for a number of years. She wanted to be an actress at the young age of 10. Ashley began her professional career in 35 commercials, and then moved to roles in the theatre. The acting was her passion now. Ashley committed every moment of her life in acting, and never found time to do modeling or dancing. Ashley's final appearance on ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was as "Hanna Marin". Ashley made a brief cameo on the music video of "True love" performed by Romeo Miller, aka Lil Romeo and Solange. Britney Spears posed for her in an Vogue Magazine shoot. On the NLT music video for "That Girl" the singer is featured.
